Terms of Service
Last Updated: February 1, 2026
Important Legal Notice: This document contains binding arbitration and class action waiver provisions. Please read carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Console Maven ("Service," "Platform," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Effective Date: These Terms became effective on February 1, 2026 and govern your use of Console Maven from that date forward.
2. Description of Service
Console Maven provides AI-powered console error detection, browser testing, and debugging assistance for web applications. The Service includes:
- Multi-browser console error scanning (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari)
- AI-powered error analysis and fix suggestions via Claude AI
- Performance monitoring and Lighthouse audits
- Error tracking widgets and debugging tools
- Scan history, analytics dashboard, and API access
- Integration tools (NPM packages, browser extensions, SDK)
Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
Accounts are created via OAuth authentication with Google or GitHub. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. We do not store passwords; authentication is handled by third-party OAuth providers.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, API keys, and any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@console-maven.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard settings.
4. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
4.1 Agreement to Arbitrate
You and Console Maven agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service (collectively, "Disputes") will be settled by binding arbitration, except as set forth in Section 4.4 below.
This means you are waiving your right to have a Dispute heard in court before a judge or jury.
4.2 Arbitration Procedures
Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the following rules:
- Arbitration Provider: The American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Commercial Arbitration Rules and Consumer Arbitration Rules (where applicable).
- Individual Arbitration Only: Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only. You may not consolidate your claims with those of any other person or participate in any class, collective, or representative arbitration.
- Location: Arbitration will take place in Wilmington, Delaware, or remotely via video conference at your option.
- Costs: Each party will pay their own attorneys' fees and costs unless the arbitrator awards otherwise. Console Maven will pay all AAA filing fees for claims under $75,000.
- Governing Law: The arbitrator will apply Delaware law, consistent with the Federal Arbitration Act.
4.3 Class Action Waiver
YOU AND CONSOLE MAVEN AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
This means you cannot participate in class action lawsuits, class-wide arbitrations, private attorney general actions, or any other proceeding where someone acts in a representative capacity. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of class or representative proceeding.
4.4 Exceptions to Arbitration
The following disputes are exempt from arbitration:
- Small Claims Court: You may bring claims in small claims court if they qualify.
- Intellectual Property: Disputes regarding intellectual property rights (trademarks, copyrights, patents).
- Injunctive Relief: Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to prevent unauthorized use or infringement of intellectual property rights.
4.5 Opt-Out Procedure
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of creating your account.
To opt out, send an email to legal@console-maven.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and include:
- Your full name
- Email address associated with your Console Maven account
- Statement: "I opt out of the arbitration agreement in the Console Maven Terms of Service"
If you opt out, you and Console Maven will resolve Disputes in court subject to the venue and governing law provisions in Section 13. Opting out does not affect any other terms.
4.6 Severability
If any portion of this arbitration agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect, except that if the class action waiver is found unenforceable, the entire arbitration agreement will be void.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

- $100 USD
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), even if Console Maven has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
5.4 Exclusions
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, Console Maven's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
